  • Profile Information: Your display name, and your role (e.g., Host or Guest).
  • Media Streams: Your audio and video feeds, and any screen-sharing data you actively broadcast. This data is transmitted securely (often peer-to-peer) and is not permanently recorded by Hehllo unless explicitly stated.
  • Shared Files and Chat: Any files you upload to the meeting room or text messages you send in the chat will be shared with the other active participants in that room.

Please exercise caution and do not share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in public or untrusted meeting rooms.

2. Information Shared with Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. However, we do share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you. These parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and secure. Categories of service providers include:

  • Infrastructure and Hosting Providers: We use cloud servers and signaling infrastructure to route your connection and host our databases securely.

  • Mute your microphone or disable your camera at any time during a meeting.
  • Choose not to use the file-sharing or screen-sharing features.
  • Leave a meeting room, which immediately severs your active data connection with the other participants.
