No! Hehllo is 100% browser-based. Whether you are hosting a meeting or joining as a guest, you can access all features directly from your web browser without downloading or installing any bulky software.
How do I join a scheduled meeting?
There are two simple ways to join:
- Open Event Link: Click the direct link provided by your host, enter your name and email, and jump right in.
- Join Token: Enter the unique token sent to your email on our secure meeting access page.
What types of files can I share and view during a meeting?
Hehllo's advanced file-sharing viewer supports a wide variety of formats directly within the meeting dashboard. You can seamlessly present and review:
- Images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG)
- Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Is my data and communication secure?
Absolutely. Hehllo utilizes enterprise-grade WebRTC protocols for secure, peer-to-peer media transmission. Meeting access is strictly controlled using encrypted JSON Web Tokens (JWT) and time-validated access codes to ensure only authorized participants enter your room.
How many participants can join a Hehllo meeting?
Hehllo uses a dynamically paginated video grid and active-speaker prioritization. This allows the platform to smoothly support large-scale meetings of up to 100 participants without draining your computer's CPU or internet bandwidth.
